This 45-minute class builds strength, maximizes calorie burn, improves lean muscle tone and accelerates fat loss. Set to heart-pounding playlists, the best instructors in LA will give you the energy, inspiration, and power to transform yourself physically and mentally. Cool-down included. Cycle Sculpt

This 45-minute heart-pumping cardio and strength class takes place on the bike and combines a non-stop cycling ride with hand weights to sculpt and tone the entire upper body and core.

 

Cycle + Pilates

Cycle 30 + Pilates 30 = Non-stop, powerful hour. Two intense, low impact workouts in one. Experience a full body cardio blast during cycling before an intense mat-based pilates series.  Based on our Powerhouse Pilates workouts, you will lengthen and strengthen your powerhouse muscles.   Props are frequently used, particularly rollers, to aid fascia release and leave you feeling taller, leaner, stronger, and more flexible.

You are welcome to attend either 30-minute section as a standalone class (Cycle 30 or Pilates 30) if you prefer. 

Cycle + Flow

Our signature hybrid class combines an accelerated 30-minute ride that packs in the benefits of a full class with a 30-minute Vinyasa Flow class focused on hip openers, core work, and upper body strength. The perfect hour.  Full body cardio, strengthening, and flexibility are the total package.

Cycle + Strength

Our signature hybrid class is the first in LA to combine an accelerated 30-minute interval ride with a 30-minute HIIT total body strength class both set to infectious, energetic, and sweat-dripping tunes..  We're giving our people what they've been asking for and creating revolutionary workouts in the process.
