HIIT - Total Body

This HIIT Total Body class is exactly as it states: A total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. HIIT combines targeted strength training for all muscle groups with explosive cardio bursts to build your fat-burning capacity long after class ends. This 50-minute class is taught in stations and will tone your entire body, improve your endurance and leave you feeling longer and stronger than you thought possible!

BUILD

Exercises  that target each muscle group are tailored to your ability allowing a total body workout for anyone of any level or experience.  By combining weight training and a little bit of cardio, your heart-rate stays elevated, meaning you will burn more calories while increasing your lean body mass and metabolism.  Arrive. Set Goals. Do your best. Conquer your day. 

HIIT Pilates

This sweat-inducing interval class includes pilates mat work and cardio bursts to achieve maximum toning, lengthening, and balancing. Taught in a warm room, this class will help you supercharge your pilates routine and clear your mind.  The amazing Nina, who taught this class to packed houses in Santa Cruz, is psyched to bring this challenging class to Silver Lake!  You can't find this anywhere else!

 

Hype Barre

This workout combines ballet principles and alignment with mat pilates to tone and define the whole body, specifically targeting the abs, arms, thighs, glutes and core. Get strength and flexibility for total body conditioning. Your booty will be kicked (and toned too)!

Powerhouse Pilates

Powerhouse Pilates is a low impact, high intensity mat work series focused on your body's powerhouse: the Glutes, Abs, and Back.  You'll sweat despite never leaving the mat. This class is challenging but can be modified for beginners.   Build control and stability in these crucial, hard-to-develop muscles that will tone and strengthen you .  Enhance your ability to cross-train because the powerhouse protects you against injury. Props are frequently used, particularly rollers, to aid fascia release and leave you feeling taller, leaner, stronger, and more flexible. 

SHRED

Your core will cry "UNCLE!" during this intense, 50-minute workout targeting the abs, glutes, and legs.  Don't call them vanity muscles! The benefit of targeting these muscle groups isn't just looking good in a swimsuit - although you will - but guarding against back problems and other common injuries active people face.  Feel good, get SHREDDED!

 

Cycle + Pilates

Non-stop, powerful hour.  Two intense, low impact workouts in one. Experience a full body cardio blast during cycling before an intense mat-based pilates series.  Based on our Powerhouse Pilates workouts, you will lengthen and strengthen your powerhouse muscles.   Props are frequently used, particularly rollers, to aid fascia release and leave you feeling taller, leaner, stronger, and more flexible. 

You are welcome to attend either 30-minute section as a standalone class (Cycle 30 or Pilates 30) if you prefer. 

Hype Cycle Sculpt

This 45-minute heart-pumping cardio and strength class takes place on the bike and combines a non-stop cycling ride with hand weights to sculpt and tone the entire upper body and core.

Our signature hybrid class is the first in LA to combine an accelerated 30-minute interval ride with a 30-minute HIIT total body strength class both set to infectious, energetic, and sweat-dripping tunes..  We're giving our people what they've been asking for and creating revolutionary workouts in the process.
