BOOKING POLICIES
CANCELLATION POLICY:
You may cancel your class up to 12 hours before the start time without any penalty, using either our website or the HYPE Fitness app.
(12 hours = If your class starts at 6:15 pm, you must cancel at or before 6:14 am)
Please ensure cancellations are made through these channels to avoid any issues, as emails or texts are not considered official cancellations.
LATE CANCEL & NO-SHOW POLICY:
Late Cancel Policy (Non-Unlimited Members):
If you cancel within 12 hours of the class start time, a $15 penalty will be incurred, however, you will retain your class credit.
Rescheduling Classes (Non-Unlimited Members):
You may request to be moved to another class up to original class start time by text or email for a $10 processing fee. New class must occur within 24 hours of original class time. It is important that you do NOT self-cancel your booking if you plan to request to be moved. Once you cancel your booking, the Late Cancellation fee will instantly apply, is non-refundable and the booking becomes ineligible to be moved.
If you choose to not attend and do not move to another class, you will be charged a $15 late cancellation fee but will retain your class credit (if applicable).
Failing to attend the new class after moving will result in a no-show penalty of $15 - $20.

No-Show Policy (all attendees):
Non-Unlimited Members, Class Package Holders (including 2-Week Trial), Subscribers and Drop-ins: Not showing up for a class or arriving beyond the 5-minute grace period will qualify as a NO-SHOW, resulting in the loss of a class credit and a $15 penalty.
Unlimited Members: Since class credits are not applicable, not showing up for a class or arriving beyond the 5-minute grace period will qualify as a NO-SHOW and incur a $20 penalty.
LATE ARRIVAL & WAITLIST POLICY:
You may be automatically added to the class roster from the WAITLIST up until 60 minutes before class start time. If you do not receive confirmation and still wish to try to get into class on standby, you must be onsite at class start time to be admitted (space permitting). Once you are added to the roster from the waitlist, your attendance is expected and all booking policies go into effect.
⚠️IMPORTANT⚠️ When classes are waitlisted, those clients are prioritized over honoring the grace period. Spots may be released at class start time.
IN OTHER WORDS:
A 5-minute grace period is offered only if the class is not waitlisted. If there is a waitlist, your spot may be released at the start of class to waitlisted patrons. Those arriving within the grace period but unable to enter class will be refunded their credits.
First-Time Cycling Clients:
Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to allow time for bike setup.
Late arrivals may forfeit entry.
Refunds will not be furnished.
