Our Auto-Renewing Memberships grants the user the opportunity to book the agreed-upon number classes per month to any group class at HYPE, excluding special events and charity classes.

TERMS

  • You will be charged the quoted price every month on a recurring payment plan until terminated.

  • A minimum of one (1) renewal is required.

  • A fee of $25 ($30 for Unlimited options) will be incurred if client cancels subscription before 1st renewal.

  • Memberships are not designed to be shared.

  • Unused class credits do NOT roll over upon renewal.

  • Complimentary cycling shoe, towel, and yoga mat rental

  • The ability to choose your own bike for cycling classes

  • 20% off studio essentials and merchandise (not including consignment items)

  • Monthly guest passes (Unlimited Members only)

POLICIES

CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • You may cancel your class up to two hours before the start time without any penalty, using either our website or the HYPE Fitness app.

  • Please ensure cancellations are made through these channels to avoid any issues, as emails or texts are not considered official cancellations.

CLASS NO-SHOW & LATE CANCEL POLICY:

Late Cancel Policy:

  • If you cancel within two hours of the class start time, a $15 penalty will be incurred, however, you will retain your class credit.

Rescheduling Classes:

  • You may request to be moved to another class within 2 hours of your original class time by text or email for a $10 processing fee.

  • If you choose to not attend and do not move to another class, you will be charged a $15 late cancellation fee but will retain your class credit (if applicable).

  • Failing to attend the new class after moving will result in a no-show penalty of $15 - $20.

No-Show Policy:

  • Non-Unlimited Members, Class Package Holders (including 2-Week Trial), Subscribers and Drop-ins: Not showing up for a class or showing up beyond the 5-minute grace period will qualify as a no-show, resulting in the loss of a class credit and a $15 penalty.

  • Unlimited Members: Since class credits are not applicable, not showing up for a class or showing up beyond the 5-minute grace period will qualify as a no-show and incur a $20 penalty.

    CLASS LATE ARRIVAL & WAITLIST:

  • We do not permit late entry beyond 5 minutes past start time for any classes. If you arrive beyond the grace period, you will be deemed a No-Show.

  • All first-time cycling clients must arrive at least 10 minutes before class start time or may forfeit entry.

  • For waitlisted classes, your spot cannot be guaranteed even if you arrive within the allotted grace period. On-site, waitlisted patrons will be admitted at the start of class time.

    MEMBERSHIP FREEZES & MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION:

  • Membership pauses and cancellations require 5 business days written notice before scheduled draft date.

  • Accounts may be frozen for a minimum of 30 days and a maximum of 90 days.

  • Outstanding credits may not be used while account is frozen and will be permanently lost upon cancellation.

  • All membership inquiries must be sent via email to SUPPORT@HYPESILVERLAKE.COM a minimum of 5 business days before your draft date.

    Refunds will not be furnished.

TERMS

  • This Auto-Renewing Subscription offers 10 group class credits to be used over six months.

  • This subscription will auto-renew at $199 when the class credits expire (six months from purchase) OR when the 10th class credit is booked, whichever comes first.

  • Auto-renewal subscriptions cannot be canceled before the first renewal.

  • This subscription is not designed to be shared.

FREEZES & SUBSRIPTION CANCELLATION:

  • Subscription cancellations require 5 business days written notice before scheduled draft date.

  • Subscriptions are not eligible for freezing.

  • All subscription inquiries must be sent via email to SUPPORT@HYPESILVERLAKE.COM a minimum of 5 business days before your renewal date.

  • A $25 service fee will be added to any subscriptions canceled before the first renewal. To cancel auto-renewal, please submit your request in writing 5 business days weeks prior to the next renewal or before taking the 10th class to SUPPORT@HYPESILVERLAKE.COM.

Refunds will not be furnished.
