Q. Can I “swap out” a class for something else?
A. Only in the instance of injury or medical limitation may a player swap something out. Eg. cannot take Circuit or Power Cycling due to pregnancy, we can swap out yoga v. mobility for this game
Q. If I take a 30/30 in Game 4 to get a bye in Game 6, do I still have to “play” Game 3 since the “winner” automatically loses anyway?
A. Yes. Even if you earn a bye in Game 4, you still must “play” Game 3.
Q. does taking 30 minutes of cycling in a 30/30 count as “Rhythm Cycling”?
A. No. All classes outside of the 30/30 must be the full 45 minute class. (to get credit for the 30/30, the full hour must be taken.)
Q. how many brackets can I complete?
A. as many as you can!
